Empire Homes’ Emory Glen Near Magnolia Begins Home SalesFebruary 16, 2023, Houston Business Journal: One year after Empire Continental announced the development of Emory Glen in western Montgomery County, the 221-acre master-planned community has begun its first home sales. Empire Continental is the Texas land division of Canada-based residential developer Empire Homes. The company purchased the land along FM 1488 and Iron Ore Road, less than 3 miles southwest of Magnolia, in early 2021.
Empire Homes and builders Chesmar Homes and Highland Homes began home construction late last year, the developer said.Empire’s homes have one- and two-story floorplans ranging from 1,520 to 2,975 square feet. Chesmar’s range from 1,501 to 2,409 square feet, and Highland’s are between 1,610 and 2,965 square feet.
