Phoenix Construction Update Q1 2023A warm welcome to all the new residents of Empire Phoenix along Etobicoke’s waterfront. We hope you’re settling in and are excited to start enjoying your new amenities soon. In the meantime, we encourage you to take advantage of our existing amenities including the fitness centre, rooftop courtyard equipped with barbecue stations, and the indulgent self-care area.
The outdoor pool deck is 98% complete and will open this spring once the water feature, and final touches of railing work and tiling are complete.
