Homes Now for Sale at Emory Glen in MagnoliaFebruary 3, 2023, Houston Agent: Homes in the new Houston-area community Emory Glen have gone on sale. Located off the Aggie Expressway in Magnolia, the master-planned community is the seventh for developer Empire Continental in the Houston and Austin areas.
Construction of phase one of the development began in late 2022. Three builders are constructing the homes: Empire Continental, Chesmar Homes and Highland Homes. Homes are available in a variety of floorplans and sizes.
“We are excited to partner with Empire Continental and join them in Emory Glen, which marks Highland Homes’ entry into the city of Magnolia,” said John DePasquale, vice president of sales for Highland Homes, in a press release.
