As Empire Wyndfield continues to grow, we’re excited to share our spring construction update that details all the progress we’ve made on-site. Read on to discover how much Wyndfield has flourished since our last update, which includes new drone footage* and photos of our recent site visit.

PHASE 6B

Homes in phase 6B have started framing with the first wave of homes underway. Roads, sidewalks and utilities are all constructed.

PHASE 7A

Construction in phase 7A is wrapping up as the majority of homes are now complete and ready for occupancy. Neighbourhood roads, curbs and sidewalks are set to being paving, while grading and sodding will follow in the summer months.

PHASE 7B

This section of the community is seeing continuous progress with 95% of the sold homes framed and in the interior finishing stages.

Our new model homes designed by interior design firm Figure3 are nearly complete, and scheduled to open in a few months.

In light of the recent events and escalating concerns surrounding the COVID-19 situation, Empire is taking extra precautions for the health and safety of our team members, homeowners, customers and vendor/trade partners. As of today, our construction sites remain open, but we are doing our part to maintain “social distancing” through modified scheduling and staffing. We are diligently monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as they become available and as they pertain to your closing date.
