Calderwood Fall Construction Update 2023Our Calderwood community in Thorold is well underway. Phase 2 is now 55% complete, marking a significant milestone in construction. Over the past few months, Buttercream Ave. and Sugar May Ave have made great progress, with all homes closed and occupied.
On Vanilla Trail, Concord Drive, Eversweet Way, Sun Haven Lane, and Barker Parkway several homes are at the finishing stage. The remainder of homes on Barker Parkway and approximately 40 homes on Vanilla Trail are closed and occupied. In addition, about 50% of the phase’s curbs, sidewalks and sod are complete.
Meanwhile, construction of Phase 3 is ramping up. Three blocks of towns on Niagara Drive, in addition to three blocks of towns and a few detached homes on Brighton Lane have had their foundations poured. Various blocks of towns and detached homes on Brighton Lane and Selection Heights have been excavated as well.
