Riverland Fall Construction Update 2023Phase 2 at our Empire Riverland community in Breslau is nearly complete, and we’re thrilled to share the final update on this phase in the community.
With 100% of homes now complete and closed, new members of the community are beginning to settle into their new abodes. Driveways are 100% complete, and curbs and sidewalks not far behind. Weather permitting, sod will be installed in late fall.
We hope our new homeowners have settled in comfortably as we wrap up the final details of this phase.
