Empire Homes, a Canadian builder that launched its U.S. program in Dellrose last year, will build homes in Woodforest in north Houston. The company plans to build a dozen homes ranging from 2,900 to 3,500 square feet in the Kingsley neighborhood. The homes, which will be designed to complement the wooded environment, will start in the high $300,000s.
