Empire Wydnfield Winter 2021 Construction UpdateOur Wyndfield community in Brantford continues to evolve and grow as construction continues in multiple phases of this neighbourhood. Take a look at some of the latest updates from the site capturing all of the progress at Wyndfield.
We are pleased to announce that the community’s park located off of Anderson Road is nearing completion. Once sodding is added throughout the park this summer, homeowners will be able to fully utilize this space.
The majority of homes in phase 6B2 have had their foundation poured and are expected to start framing within the next few weeks. The remaining homes are either being excavated or waiting to be excavated. Homeowners in phase 6B1 will soon be moving in as over 70% of this community is complete and the rest of the phase is inching closer to occupancy. Homes in phase 3 are excavated and we have started framing.
