Maven Winter 2021 Construction UpdateToronto’s Empire Maven continues to reach new construction milestones this winter season as the building moves forward to completion. Take a look at what we captured from our latest visit on Avenue Road and Lawrence.
With lots of exciting new progress happening inside Maven, we are pleased to share that tiling in the main lobby with millwork slating has begun. One of the building’s elevators has been turned over, with the second expected to be turned over later by early April.
Up in the suites, kitchens are now being installed on the 6th floor, with drywall finishing upon the 7th floor. Many of the balconies and terraces have been completed as well.
