Empire Imagine Construction Update Summer 2021Construction is progressing well on-site at our Imagine community in Niagara Falls, Ontario. With summer in full swing we’re taking advantage of the beautiful weather to document our updates. Check out the images and video footage below to see the latest as this community keeps growing.
Our Imagine team is thrilled to announce how much change has happened since the spring. Phase 5C is close to completion as the team works on interior finishes. Exterior grading, adding of sod and finishing up the base coats for driveways still remain. Phase 2A has started completing interior finishes, and the exterior earthworks and paving of driveways is in progress. Sod has been added to Block 229, and all of its homes are now occupied. Block 88 is at various stages of completion for interior finishes and Blocks 4 and 5 have just recently closed and are now populated. Block 104 has begun excavating and foundations are in the early stages of completion. Finally, Phase 5A and Phase 5B are completely finished now that the topcoats on their driveways have been added.
