Empire Wyndfield Construction Update Summer 2021In Phase 6B1, framing of all homes is now complete, leaving approximately 30% of the phase left to close. The townhouses within Phase 6B2 have also been framed and approximately 14 single detached homes were just released for construction to begin. We are also pleased to have broken ground in Phase 7C and have up to 6 foundations poured.
In Phase 3, construction is also progressing well, with interior and exterior finishings having just begun. As we welcome the warmer season, we are excited to see homeowners enjoy the community’s playground which is now complete. The park’s mulch and aesthetics are in the process of being installed — an update which will allow residents to fully utilize this space soon.
In light of the COVID-19 situation, Empire is taking extra precautions for the health and safety of our team members, homeowners, customers and vendor/trade partners. Our construction sites remain open and we are doing our part to maintain physical distancing through modified scheduling and staffing.
