Avalon Fall Construction Update 2023We’re excited to share that 95% of homes in Phase 3B are complete, with our new homeowners moved in and getting acquainted with their new residences. All backyards are sodded, with grading and sodding underway on front yards, and driveways have their first coat of asphalt laid.
In Phase 8, 90% of homes on Basswood Cres have closed and are occupied with the remaining set to close this month. On Lilac Circle and Wintergreen Cres., construction is moving along with several homes at the drywall, rough-in, and finishings stages. Overall, construction is progressing well throughout the phase, with closings ongoing.
Those moving to Gateway Phase 1 will be happy to know that there has been movement on several streets, including Norwich Cres., Granville Cres., and Lonsdale Road, with several homes at various foundation, excavation, and framing stages. Closings are scheduled to start this fall.
