Empire Homes has opened a model home in its first self-developed San Antonio community, Everly Estates.
The model, located at 5008 Everly Trace, is a new design for the builder, which is also active in three other San Antonio communities. The Aransas floorplan is a two-story design featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, with the primary suite, guest suite and home office all on the main level. The flex space has been fashioned into a home gym in the model home. A game room, media room and two additional bedrooms are upstairs.
