With many homes now having the base coat driveway and asphalt complete, landscaping is now wrapping up. Model homes have now been sold and the new park is now open for the neighborhood to enjoy. The remaining homes to complete in the community are in the process of having foundations poured and moving into the framing stages.
Summerlea Wood’s East Block 92 is now complete and awaiting final connections before these homes will be able to be ready to close and ready for homeowners.
