Lush and Victory Construction Update Fall 2022We’re excited to share the progress happening on-site at our Lush and Victory communities in Stoney Creek as construction continues.
In Lush Phase 3, most homes are now completed and have closed with only a handful of homes remaining at the finishing stage. The top coat of asphalt for driveways is also underway in this phase. Townhome Block 246 is approximately 50% complete, with closings scheduled to start in the next few weeks. For the remaining blocks, construction is moving along and these homes range in stages from rough-in to drywall, tile and interior finishing. Exteriors on the last 3 blocks, 1, 2 and 10 are in progress.
At Victory Phase 4, townhome construction is well underway with roofs shingled, HVAC and plumbing rough-ins complete, and stairs, windows and doors installed. Porches are being poured, electrical rough-ins are underway, and kitchens will soon be installed. The first 2 blocks, 3 and 4, are set to close this year with the remaining blocks closing in Q1 of 2023.
