Maven Construction Update Spring 2020As the weather starts to warm up, we are eager to share our latest construction update which includes new drone footage* and photos of our recent site visit.

Building
Maven’s exterior is starting to come together now as precast has been installed excluding the hoist suites which are scheduled to be installed by this summer. Windows are quickly making their way up the building as installation is taking place on floor 3rd-floor, while the 4th-floor windows are scheduled to be delivered by the end of April. With all this excitement taking place we are gearing up to remove the crane over the next few months.
As the exterior crew works on finishing the exterior our interior crews are working just as hard with interior framing is starting on the 2nd floor.
Decor Studio
In light of the recent events and escalating concern surrounding the COVID-19 situation, Empire is taking extra precautions for the safety and health of our homeowners and employees.
Our Decor Studio is currently closed, but ongoing structural (electrical, framing, plumbing & kitchen) meetings are being done via email. New décor appointments are being pushed to the end of April/early May.
The Decor Team is currently working on reaching out to purchasers and is working hard to assist you the best they can during this time.
