Maverick Construction Update Spring 2022Construction is well underway at Empire Maverick, and with the weather warming up, we’re happy to share all the newest developments. The 4th and 5th floor slab, walls and columns are 100% complete. The 6th floor slab is 100% complete, while walls and columns are currently at 15% completion. The underground overhead piping is 80% complete, while the underground sprinkler piping is 85% complete and will continue to progress with concrete forming.
