With the groundbreaking completed in the spring of 2020, and the demolition and excavation completed in the summer, the up next in the construction progress comes the pouring of the ground floor slab.
As excavation of the first parking level has been completed, the construction of the ground floor staging slab was formed, rebar laid and concrete poured. The ground floor staging slab is now complete and excavation continues until we reach the foundation, with a tower crane anticipated to be erected early 2021. Stay tuned for more progress on Empire Maverick.
Suites at Empire Maverick are still available starting from the high $700’s. All appointments must be booked 24 hours in advance.
