As the building nears its completion, we are eager to share our latest construction update which includes new drone footage* and photos of our recent site visit.
*Drone Footage was taken during the week of March 9th.
The Building:
All of the building’s exterior structural work is now complete as the concrete construction, precast and window installation have wrapped up. Interior work is starting to come together as mechanical and electrical rough-ins are complete up to the 16th floor, while the interior drywall is quickly following behind the completion of mechanical and electrical rough-ins on each floor, allowing for the suites to take shape and finishes to start.
Our suites are taking shape with kitchen, tile and flooring installed up to the 6thfloor with work progressing on the higher levels. Appliances have started to be delivered and installed on the completed suites.
On the exterior, we are in the final stages of completing landscaping of the 2nd floor outdoor amenity space and green roof. Now that the weather is starting to cooperate a bit more the ground floor landscaping well underway.
Amenities:
With the focus now on Midtown’s interior amenities such as the party room, dining room, gym, yoga room, dog washing station and bicycle repair room is nearing completion. Painting, flooring is underway and wrapping up while furniture is scheduled for delivery over the next few weeks.

As of today, our construction sites remain open, but we are doing our part to maintain “social distancing” through modified scheduling and staffing.
