Phoenix Construction Update Fall 2022Over the past few months, our team has been working hard to bring construction at Empire Phoenix to a close. As occupancies continue, all construction hoists have been removed, tile installation in each suite has been completed and landscaping has reached 98% completion.
Right now, mechanical and electrical fixturing is taking place on the 14th floor and final painting has commenced on the building’s 15th level. On the 18th floor, laminate flooring and appliances are being installed — an exciting milestone for the community’s residents. As kitchens progress on the 29th level, countertops are being measured to wrap up the work that remains.
