Phoenix Construction Update Spring 2022As Construction continues at Empire Phoenix, we’re excited to share all of the newest developments on site. Occupancies have begun and residents are excited to call Phoenix their home. Suite studs and drywall are all 100% complete, kitchen and tile installation is approximately 85% complete, and counter tops are approximately 75% complete. The final paint and appliance installation is 40% and 45% complete respectively, with landscaping at 95% completion. Our beautifully-designed lobby is also 100% complete. As we continue to progress with all other amenities, we are confident they will be completed very soon for all to enjoy.
Although we’ve encountered delays out of our control as a result of the labour strike, and we are still feeling the effects of the pandemic, we continue to move forward and are working tirelessly to bring this building to completion.
