- Authenticity is key. Don’t over-stage your home; keep it casual and think about how you truly live. When hosting a family-style gathering, consider stacking dishes for easy use and a casual feel.
- In lieu of closed cabinet storage, create displays out of the items you use and treasure most. In the kitchen, pots and pans on an open Baker’s Rack communicate a love for cooking and make the space feel more open and welcoming.
- On the same note, neutral walls in a darker hue can also make a space feel larger; this is because the edges of where the wall starts and stops can be harder to see.
