Empire’s High Standards
Leave Room For Upgrades
During the design process, you’ll have the chance to browse and purchase professionally selected upgrade options—signature design extras for your new home. Think freestanding tubs, statement fireplaces, or solid-surface countertops. Most homebuyers enjoy choosing upgrades, and experienced buyers often leave room in their homebuying budget to splurge on these extras. It’s a good idea to talk to your lender about an upgrade budget before your design appointment.
Scheduling Your Big Day
After you purchase your home, the design team will contact you to set up your personal design appointments. A booking window is provided based on the construction schedule. It’s important to book your appointments in a timely manner to meet those timelines.
Be Prepared
Once you’ve selected your interior finishes, the building process begins. To help you stay organized, you’ll receive a personalized Design Information Package to take home. This package includes all of your design selections, so be sure to review it closely and keep it on hand throughout your journey.
