You’ll receive an email with your closing date, New Home Orientation date and time, on-site closing attorney details, and utility set-up instructions. It’s almost move-in time!

During your New Home Orientation, your dedicated Warranty Services Representative will give you a personalized tour, highlighting key features, explaining how everything works, and reviewing your home’s warranties. It’s also the perfect time to finalize any 3rd-party inspection items and ask any last-minute questions. This is your home, and we want you to feel confident and excited about every detail.
Today is the day you get the keys. Before closing, however, you’ll take a verification walkthrough with the Project Manager to ensure all agreed upon repairs from the orientation are completed. Then, you’ll sign the paperwork and officially take ownership. Congratulations homeowner! Welcome to your new Empire home. After closing, we’re still here for you. We provide a 1-year builder’s limited warranty and a 2-10 HBW Warranty, with a streamlined process for submitting and tracking any warranty requests.
