Your Homeowner Orientation, also known as the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), is your opportunity to tour your new home before move-in day. During this walk-through, we’ll review every detail together—checking that all your selected finishes and upgrades meet your expectations. This process ensures your home is beautiful, complete, and ready for you to move in.
If you’re purchasing a to-be-built home, you’ll be able to personalize it through our professionally curated interior and exterior design packages. These packages include a limited selection of coordinated cabinet, backsplash, flooring, siding, and stone color options—carefully chosen to create timeless, cohesive finishes. Your sales consultant will be happy to walk you through the available options and answer any questions along the way.
To ensure everything stays on track, we ask that you wait until after closing day to begin any projects or modifications. Early work can create safety concerns, impact your warranty coverage, or interfere with final inspections and construction timelines.
Once you’ve received your keys, the home is officially yours to personalize. Until then, rest assured our team is taking great care to prepare it for a smooth and successful handover.

No, a pre-approval is not required to tour our model homes. We welcome all visitors interested in learning more about the community, floor plans, and available homes. We also have a great group of Preferred Lenders who provide a variety of loan programs designed to meet a wide range of financing needs
We know how exciting it is to see your new home come to life, and we want you to be part of the journey. However, active construction sites can pose safety risks, so access is limited during this period. Please coordinate with your sales consultant on the best time to visit your home site. All houses receive landscaping. In certain areas of a community/property, fencing may be installed by the builder as part of the overall site plan or community design. Your sales consultant will be able to provide you with the details.
