What’s the best part of seeing a family fall in love with a floor plan?
Watching the light bulbs go off as they start planning where they will put their Christmastree, or who will get what bedroom, or how they can’t wait to host Thanksgiving dinner forthe whole family…that’s the most gratifying part of my job!
What’s your favorite model home or community—and why?
Wildflower! Its location can’t be beat, and I can’t wait to see homeowners walking theirdogs on the paths or families jumping in the pool or enjoying the big green spaces.

As a sales agent, I help buyers to find the best home that fits their needs and can navigatethem through the home buying process.
What’sone piece of advice you always give first-time buyers?
It’s never too early to jump into the market. Even if your first time isn’t your forever home,it’s a starting point toward building equity for generational wealth for you and your family.
What’s your secret to helping buyers find their perfect home?
I try to find out why they are making a move now and what they don’t like about their current situation in order to help them find a house that matches their needs and lifestyle goals. If they are making an investment purchase, I ask what their goals are for their investment in order to help position their purchase best for ROI.
What’s one piece of advice you always give first-time buyers?
“Now” is always a good time to buy. With prices rising steadily over the past 10 years, waiting even just another year just puts you that much farther behind others who are already in the market building equity. Real estate is a long game and there are always options to refinance later. The market is like a moving escalator and it’s better to step on now then be stuck at the bottom wishing you had stepped on sooner.

I am loving the moody warmth that is in right now. It brings comfort and classic touches tomodern living.
If you could redesign any famous space, what would it be?
I would love to redesign Frank Lloyd Wright’s Falling Water with modern classic touches-dark accents and bright walls.
