To qualify for the Real Estate Agent Rewards Program, all contracts must be written on or after 01/01/2025 and close no later than 12/31/2025. Offer valid on Empire homes in the Greater Houston, Austin and San Antonio area. A Broker/Agent must register their client on their first visit to the community and be listed as the Real Estate Agent on the agreement at the time of the first write-up. Bonus will be dictated by order of closing: 3% upon first closing, 4% upon second closing, and 5% upon third closing and thereafter. Escalating commissions are incurred based on closing quantity per region- Houston region and Central Texas region (Austin and San Antonio) and cannot be combined. All additional commissions will be paid upon client successfully closing, and funding and is based on final contract price, paid to the Broker who is identified as the Real Estate Agent’s sponsoring Broker at the time of contract, unless that Broker releases the Real Estate Agent commissions to another Broker. Broker is responsible for all applicable taxes and must hold an active Texas Broker license. Empire Communities reserves the right to terminate of change the rules at any time, without notice.
