Not to worry — we’ve taken it upon ourselves to do the research for you and have rounded up some of the top-rated school districts in Texas, as well as the Empire Homes that are zoned to each ISD.
Katy Independent School District
Katy ISD is ranked 12th amongst the thousand school districts in Texas, and is also considered to be the top district in Houston. With over 80,000 students enrolled across its 75 campuses, Katy ISD currently holds a teacher-student ratio of 15 to 1, slightly below the national average of 17 to 1. Those living in our Sunterra community will be zoned to schools falling within Katy ISD.
Clear Creek Independent School District
Coming in the 42nd spot, Clear Creek ISD in League City serves over 42,000 students across its 25 campuses. Families in our Coastal Point community are also zoned to Clear Creek ISD, with access to some of the best educational opportunities for your little ones, like their Education Village. With over 140 acres, the Clear Creek Education Village is a facility where school-age residents will attend elementary, middle, and high school.
Conroe Independent School District
Conroe ISD is ranked 47th in all of Texas, and has been recognized by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts for its excellence in their school budget presentation — one of only six school districts in the state to be recognized in this way. Conroe ISD serves over 60,000 students across its 61 campuses and holds a teacher-student ratio of 16 to 1. Those in our Venetian Pines community are zoned to Conroe ISD.
Lamar Consolidated Independent School District
Lamar Consolidated ISD takes the 81st spot, with campuses that are designed with smaller enrollments to provide more opportunities for students to assume leadership roles and participate in campus activities. Unique to Lamar CISD are sixth-grade-only campuses which focus on the needs of preadolescents, providing a smooth transition to secondary schools. Those living in Fulbrook on Fulshear Creek are zoned to Lamar CISD.
Spring Branch Independent School District
Ranked 143rd in the state, Spring Branch ISD in Houston serves over 30,000 students across its 48 campuses, with a teacher-student ratio of 15 to 1. Thanks to the partnership with Houston Community College Northwest, your little ones in our Reserve in Memorial community will have the unique opportunity to take up to 30 college credits while attending participating schools within this district.
Northside Independent School District
With a ranking of 167th in Texas and 12th in San Antonio, Northside ISD is a highly rated school district serving over 100,000 students across all their campuses. Families living in Arcadia Ridge can take advantage of the outstanding educational opportunities, like their Advanced Placement and Gifted programs.
Georgetown Independent School District
Ranking 236th in Texas, Georgetown ISD serves 12,000 students across their ten elementary schools, four middle schools, three high schools, and two alternative campuses. Residents of our Parmer Ranch and Lakeside at Lake Georgetown communities will have access to an on-site elementary school, giving young learners an opportunity to learn, grow and flourish.
