What’s your favorite model home or community — and why?
The Entertainer floorplan at our Stein Steel community is my favorite because of its spacious bedrooms and the incredible rooftop terrace with a Beltline view.
What does “home” mean to me?
Home is more than just a place — it’s where your story begins. It’s where you build your future, find comfort, and create memories that last a lifetime. That’s why I’m proud to work with Empire Homes. We don’t just build houses; we create spaces where people can truly feel at home. Whether it’s a family’s first home or the start of a new chapter, being a part of that journey is what inspires me every day.
What’s one piece of advice I always give first-time buyers?
The one piece of advice I always give first-time homebuyers is: take time to understand what matters most to you, not only in the home, but in the lifestyle that comes with it. I encourage buyers to ask a lot of questions, share their wants and needs and I let them know that I am here to guide them through every step along the way

Meeting the customers where they are at in their lives. Understanding goals and having expert knowledge of the market. Providing a clear and seamless process.

What do you love most about helping homeowner reach closing day?
It’s seeing their excitement and reliefwhen their dream becomes a reality. It’s incrediblyrewarding to know I played a part in such an important milestone in their lives.
What does “home” mean to you?
To me, home means comfort, security, and a place where memories are made. It’s morethan just a structure—it’s where you feel truly yourself and surrounded by what mattersmost.
What is your biggest piece of advice for new homeowners?
My biggest piece of advice for new homeowners is to be patient and stay informed throughout the process. Ask questions, stay organized, and remember—it’s a journey, andevery step brings you closer to the place you’ll call home.
What’s your role at Empire?
My purpose is to make sure that everything from update on progress, to setting up closing dates is handled in a concise way, with everyone feeling informed throughout the build process.
What do you love most about helping homeowners reach closing day?
For me this is what it’s all about. I love helping people understand the buying process better or just making sure that the customers experience, buying a new construction home, is the best experience that they have had.
What’s a small detail do you think makes a big difference for buyers?
Being honest – It’s a simple concept, but all too often a forgotten one. They key to forming a relationship with a someone is letting them know that you are listening to what they want and it’s not always perfect, but we are always working for the best solution for them.

Home is more than a place; it’s a feeling curated through thoughtful design, warmth, and connection.

What’s your favorite design feature in an Empire home?
I love all the windows in an Empire home, the natural light they bring in makes every space feel bright, open, and welcoming.
What home trend are you loving right now?
I’m all about the warm tones and textured finishes we are seeing; there’s something timeless and comforting about them.
What’s your favorite part of helping people build their home?
Working alongside our internal team, as well as our trade partners, to offer high quality products and options that allow our home buyers to really feel like they are able to create their home!
What’s your design philosophy in one sentence?
The details are NOT the details… they make the design!
What’s your favorite design feature in an Empire home?
I love that our design team not only provides excellent guidance to our home buyers as they select the hard finishes in their home, but they also design and install all of our model homes… down to every last accessory! That’s something not many home builders can say, and it speaks to the caliber of the designers that we have in-house!
What home trend are you loving right now?
I love the incorporation of antique pieces mixed with more modern interiors. It provides a ‘collected’ look and adds a feeling of warmth to the space.
If you could redesign any famous space, what would it be?
I wouldn’t redesign it… I would just stare at it endlessly as it’s my favorite piece of architecture – The Pantheon in Rome… especially when the rain pours down through the oculus!

I design and furnish the model homes in our communities.
